Stephen Chukumba

Stephen can be seen in the Emmy award-winning documentary The Dads, where he and 5 other dads discuss their love, hopes, and fears for their trans kids while on a fishing trip with Matthew Shepard’s father. 

He is the co-host of The Parent Advocate Podcast, which celebrates, defends, supports, and uplifts the voices and experiences of the LGBTQ+ community. 

Stephen serves as a Black Youth Advocate and Ambassador at NBJC.
